Low Crap Diet envisions a world where prosperity created through passion and action replace greed and devastation; responsibility to community serves and protects us all; and the debate over sustainability is ancient history.
… actually Low Crap Diet simply envisions a world with less crap and more health.

Just got to your website through ABC. I have grown up in India when we bought the wheat from the ration store and took it to the mill to get it ground into flour and carried it home where my mum made the daily flatbread. I have been following Brenden Braziers Thrive diet, but am unable to stick to it. My twin girls are in their twenties and my son is six. I run a dayhome looking after 5 kids, the children love cheerios, but I am looking at giving them some other wholesome breakfast.
thanks.
